Consent matters. Anyone who is intoxicated cannot give consent. Only a sober yes means yes.
Explain to your friend it isn't ok. As a bystander, there are several things you can do:
- Offer options: If he flirts with someone who is drunk, suggest he swap numbers to meet up tomorrow or just hang out with you.
- Discuss consensual sex: Finding someone who has the capacity to offer enthusiastic consent is more enjoyable.
- Remind him: Sex with someone who is drunk is not legal.
